Hi Ruth, thank you. I went there and found it already set to delete after one day but it sure wasn't doing that. LOL. Maybe a glitch?

In the upper right hand corner is an edit button. Press it and your emails will shift to the right and a circle will appear. Tap the circles of the emails you want to delete. When you are through, hit the delete button on the bottom of inbox and off they go to the trash box.
