How many year was he heading Apple and how many years did it make profits?
What were profits when it was profitable before he left?
The ballpark rounded figures are more useful than computing to third decimal place which you may attempt without adding much to the conclusion.

Jobs owned Pixar for 20 years of his 36+ year career.
And Apple was quite profitable during his last years.
