That's what I've found to be the case with my annual upgrades.  It's important to lock in the sales price just before Apple announces new devices.

The best reason to get rid of a six plus may be that you feel an urgent need to spend the better part of a thousand dollars right now.

Anyone know where the iPhones ship from? Is it still China? My iPhone is still listed as preparing to ship, and I really want it to say shipping because if it doesn't do that really soon, then I don't know that j will get it on its foretold arrival date of Friday.
