I assume he does the design, the look and feel. 
Who decides what features we have?
Who decides to use non 100% compliant wifi?
Who decides to not have VLAN 10 tagging on the Airports so they can't be used on fibre to the ONT as many ISP's use VLAN tagging?
Who decides to use Handoff and Continuity (I like that guy/gal)

Oh, and who decides to change settings when they update iOS??? Thats a tad annoying

But on a lighter note, no one from Android complains about non user replaceable battery now, as most manufacturers are doing that, and non additional memory via SD slots. Cutting costs, shoulda done that years ago!
