Re: [iPad] butterfingers fix

A wrist strap is great but like you said, doesn't look good on most cases. There has to be a solution out there. Apple didn't make the iPhone  aesthetically pleasing just to do it. It's a beautiful phone.

like you, alice, i dislike any enclosure that detracts from the aesthetics of the iphone...otterbox is one of the principal culprits in this area but it has lots of company...i find it remarkable that so few cases (if any!) exist that retain the look of the iphone and are equipped it have a wrist strap...for instance, today i looked at a couple hundred iphone cases on offer at the best buy site and never saw anything that looked good with a wrist strap...in fact, the only one i saw with a wrist strap was more like a small purse than a case.

Hmmm, maybe 50 isn't old enough to have a case of "the dropsys". I've dropped my iPhone 6+ a couple times and with the genetic clear rubber case I have on it, no dings, scratches or anything else. The case doesn't make the phone that much thicker either. I like Otterbox but not how bulky thick it makes the iPhone. It takes away from the sleekness and thinness Apple made the phone to be.

I love my otterbox defender!! The one for my 6s will be my third generation! On my iPhone 4 otterbox defender case one day in a fit, I threw my iPhone against a concrete wall and it was fine. With my iPhone 5 encased in one I dropped my phone down 3 flights of stairs (circular stairwell - in the middle - straight drop - I was trying to get a pic looking up oops ) and it is still working fine and looks great!!!  Otterbox.com
