I saw that the other day. I cannot believe that people are that dumb. Our intern at work one day was going to put something wrapped in aluminum foil in the microwave. Someone caught her just in time. She had no idea you could not put metal in a microwave--she'd never heard that before.

That's not the only problem they have. I saw something on the news tonight that there was a scam going around that said you could charge an iPhone in the microwave. Believe it or not, more people believed this than you can imagine. I guess it serves them right if they have that little common sense.

So it is being folded rather than squashed. Can't imagine how he stood the darn thing digging in for 12 hours. I'm guessing he applied enough pressure to bend it in to submission rather quickly or it would have been cutting in the whole time. Bad idea.
Maybe the next phone should be rubber with a curved glass front? ;-0
