The last 2 iPhones I bought – 4S and 5S – are both 64 GB. The one I am actively using is close to full.
If I got a 6 I would be hard-pressed to decide between 64 and 128 GB. If I get the 6+, it will definitely be 128 GB.
The 6+ has a full-HD screen, and I would be taking, and storing, more videos on it.
