Pete,
I expect to share a newer iPad with spouse…as needed. The Higher resolution is one big factor…if she is reading small print stuff, then she gets it. I am quite satisfied with my iPAd 2, still, for most items except for reading some of my subscription magazines.

Why don't you keep the iPad 2 and give the newer one to her?

I plan on replacing my iPad2 with the new AirPad ( my term )…been waiting for the next issue…and it's here. Now I can hand my 2 off to spouse so we don't have to share!

To be honest I find this announcement a bit ho hum. The rumour mill needs to be renamed to the leak mill, it gets more and more accurate every year. That does downgrade the wow factor, although I guess that only applies to those of us with a higher level of interest, Joe Public will still get the wow factor I guess.
