Here's how to use a non-Mac computer with an iPad:
Install iTunes on the non-Mac computer.
Attach iPad to non-Mac computer with USB cable (comes with the iPad).
Learn how to use iTunes.
End of story.
It's not a problem at all and should require no special research on web
pages -- Apple really made the whole thing simple as can be and I doubt
that using an iPad with a Mac is any easier than using it with a non-Mac.
