Try this link.Pete<PA230002.JPG>An update for my iPad came up in my apps. So I updated to (I think) IOs7.03.Not sure about the O3 because I cannot get into my iPad. After I did this update (about an hour or more) a screen came up (see attachment) and I cannot get rid of it or get into my iPad. I tried to get into iTunes when someone recommended that but I get the following message. "Itunes has detected an iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTunes". so I clicked ok and Restore iPad and then got this message, "The iPad software server could not be contacted."I am not savvy about these things so have no idea what I should do now. I found some directions about how to restore but it doesn't work. Said to hold down the Home key with the Sleep key until the red shut off thing appears but it never did.I don't know what other info you need but hope someone can help me. Rita
