Very few people. I'll be honest. This does not trigger my PTSD. But it does trigger my fear of edges. Also it triggers my masochism so it's kinda fun. :-P I like the pain I feel from being weirded out by the motion.

Some people actually DO have a condition like epilepsy or such that their brain is 'wired differently' and THEY perceive the motion stuff or strobe lights etc... I guess, more than you or I would. I doubt anyone is actively 'staring' at their screen, but some folks do have a problem.
