Very few people. I'll be honest. This does not trigger my PTSD. But it does trigger my fear of edges. Also it triggers my masochism so it's kinda fun. :-P I like the pain I feel from being weirded out by the motion.

Some people actually DO have a condition like epilepsy or such that their brain is 'wired differently' and THEY perceive the motion stuff or strobe lights etc... I guess, more than you or I would. I doubt anyone is actively 'staring' at their screen, but some folks do have a problem.

The only motion sickness I could possibly see, and this is a stretch, is when you search for an app using Spotlight and then launch it. Maybe that whole slow motion launching as you dive into the app could be causing something. It's much more noticeable on an iPad than an iPhone.
