I did send them an email at one point and they advised me
to call their people who would then call me right back.
The calling got me to a real live person who had me reset
the Kindle. All that did was to remove all the settings I
had set to my preferences, but it did not solve the
syncing issue.
I have the Kindle Fire.......my previous Kindle......can't
remember which version.........synced
flawlessly..........with my cell phone or my PC or my
MacBook Pro.......
Go figure........
