Re: [iPad] Walmart testing a new in store Scan & Go system exclusively for

I have had good experience with the self checkout at Von's and Albertson's. I do not shop these stores a lot, but depending on what part of town I am in. You scan the item and place it in the bag. The counter must be weight conscious, it will say if it thinks there are too many items, etc, it has it's idiosynchroncies but I find they work fairly well. It took a couple of times but I think I am pretty comfortable with them now.

Well, the self-checkout at the Lowe's and the Home Depot don't work.
And the self-checkout at the supermarkets don't work.
And at the Apple Store.
NOT.
