Actually, "Find my iPad" is built into the iOS and you can turn it on
in the Setting app in the iCloud section. The app Kris spoke of is an
app to access the service for locating the device when lost, but you
can access that service from any device or computer with Internet
service. Simply login with email used and displayed in the iCloud
section of Settings app. Typically it will be the same email used for
the AppStore, but it could be different.
