Re: [iPad] Tim Cook Statement on Maps App

You need to ask Apple. Apple made the app, and the software in the app that does the mapping using TT data. It isnt a TomTom mapping and data issue, they only provided the data, that Apple's mapping software uses.

If TomTom provides the data, where is it? Why implement only part of the data?\

Thats what TomTom and Apple said. Tomtom provides the data, not the app or how it works. Otherwise Tomtom GPS units and app would duplicate the new Maps failings, but they don't

-Missing street numbers
-Missing many POI
-Issues with some places with distortion
-Satelite and normal view mis aligned..

As there is no issue wth the TomTom core data
