Excuse, please.... Please to be sure you are on the Apple Store's WiFi & location services are ON. The times I see it not working are the customers that do NOT follow these steps.

How did the Apple Store App not work for you?

Remember: you cannot buy over $100.00 with it, now items with a serial number (Apple TV, Airport bases, iPods/iPads etc...)

Well, the self-checkout at the Lowe's and the Home Depot don't work.
And the self-checkout at the supermarkets don't work.
And at the Apple Store.
NOT.
