I have no idea. It's on my new iPhone 5. That's all I can say for certain.
I have not updated my iPad 2 yet. Also I can scroll the weather on it and get the next 6 days.

Don't have to open either app to update your status(es).

The one I just found is the "per account" signature feature for Mail.
Finally you can have separate signatures for your multiple email
accounts. Find under Mail in the Settings App
