I guess it would help if I knew the correct names for things... but when you pull down the notifications area, there is a short cut to sending a tweet or a facebook update.  Don't have to open either app to update your status(es).

I really like do not disturb. On the phone the new call answering options arecooltoo.

The one I just found is the "per account" signature feature for Mail.
Finally you can have separate signatures for your multiple email
accounts. Find under Mail in the Settings App
