Yes, once your trainer thinks you're ready to go out on your own and you prove you can do it, you get monitored less. Employees seem to know when they are getting monitored or about to get monitored and they shape up and do things right. At least it was in the company I worked for for 13 yrs.

Yes. But I think you get monitored less as time goes on which may account for slacking off. *he* tries really hard to solve the problem with him not passing along. It costs him raises cuz they want you off in 5 minutes. That's what he says.

ACS trains for 4 weeks before you are let go answering real Vernon calls without assistance. I think my exroomie took 6 weeks. They are trained to handle the call in five minutes or less. Their pay improves with answering more calls faster.

It's a matter of training. The companies just don't provide good training to these people at their stores
