Yes. But I think you get monitored less as time goes on which may account for slacking off. *he* tries really hard to solve the problem with him not passing along. It costs him raises cuz they want you off in 5 minutes. That's what he says.

ACS trains for 4 weeks before you are let go answering real Vernon calls without assistance. I think my exroomie took 6 weeks. They are trained to handle the call in five minutes or less. Their pay improves with answering more calls faster.
