I really love Apple, but I do wish they had planned this better.


To have to stand there saying 'We're out of stock' or: 'They aren't released yet' is kind of frustrating. Both to the customer and to me, who would love nothing better than to say "Sure! Here you are," (Handing the requested item to them.) I want to make people happy! Not fuel their frustration.
