I think it should if you have it syncing through Dropbox.

I use IPassword on my MAC, iPhone and iPad. It works great and syncs between devices. My wife uses a PC (she won't change to a MAC). I know 1Password has a Windows version. My question is...if she installs it on her PC will it sync to my devices and will my changes sync to her PC?
