[iPad] Contacts IOS6

 

I have my contacts set up into groups (such as Family, Businesses, etc.) so if I wanted to refine a search, I would click on one of those groups. Well, the groups are still there, but they don't work like that anymore. Can anyone explain the new Contacts?
