Don't know if this was answered, but when using iTunes on a computer
where it says Buy or Purchase on the left-ish side of the screen. There
is a spot to the right of the Buy button that will give you a drop down
menu and one of the options it offers is Wish List. Gift maybe another.
Practice on a free or Lite app to get the clicking right and to see the
menu.
