Re: [iPad] What does this have to do with the iPad?

Oh Judith you are so right. It used to be the phone. Years ago, in the 80's, I worked the reservation desk for an airlines and oh people were so rude. They'd swear etc. I know flying can be stressful, but I was the person that could fix it. I learned a lot of patience and customer service skills in that job! A lot of their anger and rudeness was because I was not a person, but a voice on the phone. So it was okay to be rude. That type of thinking has now transferred to the internet. Un fortunately.

One of the bad things about Social media, people think they have the right to be rude because it is not face to face.

Is there a way to have the list moderator remove this kind of garbage from
distribution?

This is an iPad Users List and not a platform for a Diabetes product.
