Go to Settings, Mail, Contacts, calendar, and then to signature over on the right.  That's where you paste the pic.  Don't you have a signature that says something to the effect of, "sent from Judith's iPad" or similar?   Just change the signature and you'll have your pic.

How did you paste Carlee? When I go to settings and try and paste I only get select and select all.
