I have long been a fan of Note Taker HD.  There are many note taking apps that do most of the things that you require (but done of that do all of them, that I know of.)  Most of my notes are handwritten, because that actually triggers things in my brain that typing does not.  (especially typing on the ipad)  The trick is that many of the handwriting notes apps are no improvement over plain paper when it comes to organizing your notes.  Storing notes in notebooks is not good enough for me.  It is too cumbersome to page through page after page after page to find what I need.  (I now have 625 documents in NT-HD)  So, I love that Note Taker gives you notebooks, pages, sheets, tags, and favorites, so that you can easily find what you need when you need it.  The app was invented by the man who invented the original spreadsheet software, way back when, so he knows a little bit about getting at data, lol.

The one thing on you list that it won't do, that I know of, is collect web pages.  I don't know of any handwriting apps that do, yet.  That said, Note Taker has always been in active development, with totally new features released regularly.  Can't wait to see what comes next!

P.S.
One thing I enjoy doing is using my digital scrapbooking software to make PDF backgrounds to send to Note Taker.  I import those and use them as the background paper for my entries.

Another thing I enjoy doing is using Note Taker's built in form designer to create to-do list blanks to use as backgrounds.

Because of its photo capabilities, it would make an excellent travel diary, which is my next project.  I plan to take photos of receipts, brochures, maps, memorabilia, etc., as well as photos of people and scenery.  (Too bad I don't have don't have an iPad with a camera - will have to use my iPhone and let Photo Stream sync the photos over.  Then mash the photos together in Note Taker, with commentary as a travel diary that can be exported and emailed in PDF.

Okay … I've tried to keep a list of some of the apps that folks talk about, but my list is gone!!!  Guess if I had an app on my iPad, I would still have that list, but that was what was ON the list!  Ha!

I am looking for a good note taking app.  Here are my wants:

I want to write myself notes, either handwriting or typing.

Drag photos into note.

Be able to add web pages or items on web pages for remembering later.

I think the "small window" that comes up so I can write big, but it shows up small on the screen (hope that made sense).

Would love to be able to email it to myself for printing or maybe be able to print wireless.

There are probably other things, but I lost my list!

And, of course, FREE is terrific, but will pay for a great program.

Anyone have any ideas, good or bad???

Also would like a good stylus.  I have the Kuel, which is find and I can attach it to my iPad so it doesn't get lost like my notes!  Also like the Jot, but I've misplaced that also!!!  I have tried the iPen and it is AWFUL, I am trying to return it!

Thanks in advance!

Judy
