I'm a big CS Lewis fan and when I looked up the Screwtape Letters on iBooks there were 4 different versions.

When I look, I see:
The Screwtape Letters
The Screwtape Letters Illustrated Edition
The Screwtape Letters Study Guide.

Where are you looking that you see something else?
