That won't find files that are *in* apps such as Goodreader or Kindle. If I
want to find a file such as a pdf that may be in one (or more) of several
apps I have to look in each app to see if it's there.

Granted, I haven't seen all replies to this yet, but what I have seen did
not mention the simple 'search' one can use simply by swiping to the extreme
left screen on the iPad. Type what you want to find & it accesses web, apps,
email, etc.
