How the heck does one delete albums of photo’s that have been imported to iPad2 from external cameras? Instructions to do so seem to be lacking. According to the iPad iOS manual all I have to do is click on the edit button, select the album, and delete it. This does not fit reality on my iPad. Clicking on edit does nothing but allow me to create a new album.
Connecting the iPad to my windows PC also does not seem to help. A multitude of Folders are displayed under the primary folder, “ Internal Storage / DCIM “ but I can not delete the sub folders that contain all the photographs – I just get a message stating that the Folders can not be deleted because the device has either stopped or disconnected.
