iTunes has the options for where the backups go. I chose iCloud. Every so often I choose my Mac so I can have a physical backup in case I've got a no Internet problem. I dunno.

iCloud, it asked me if I wanted to restore from iCloud so I said yes. I will see what it did when it is done. In retrospect I probably just should have started with iTunes.JudithPhotos: http://www.pbase.com/pooh4jvn/rootSent from my iPadTake nothing but photosLeave nothing but footprintsBreak nothing but the silenceKill nothing but time=Where do you backup to... iCloud or iTunes? My iPad has about 48 GB used, so let's just say that my backups don't go to iCloud, they go to iTunes on my computer. I get the feeling that iCloud is great for the people without a computer to backup to, but uploading and downloading over Wifi is not faster than a USB cable. From: Judith Barnett <pooh4jvn@pacbell.net>

I have it plugged in and it is restoring from iCloud. I will still have
to sync from my PC when it is done or not? It says it still has 45min of
restore before it is finished.
