You bought the apps through your account and they're linked to your
account. That's so that you can't just give the apps to lots of other
people to use. My guess is that when your daughter links through her
own AppleID she'll lose the apps you've installed on her iPad.
You could consider contacting Apple, who are truly the only people who
can give you a definitive answer.
