Forgive me, gang of mine, but I think there is some confusion about the Eye-Fi card. Forgive me if I am misunderstanding some of the replies.
The Eye-Fi card requires an existing WiFi connection. Yes, the device will wirelessly transfer pictures, but only if you have WiFi available.
I sometimes think people believe the card works wirelessly from anywhere and they do not need WiFi.
