I am retired also so my main uses for the Ipad are for email, news, and
movies. As far as producing on the iPad I have a collection of digital
art programs and a number of photo processing programs because I am a
non-professional photog. I use the "notes" function for keeping lots of
lists and I keep and enter recipes in the iPad. We are currently looking
into getting a wireless printer so we can print from our iPads so I
suspect when that happens I will use the iPad for actually "producing" more.
