I'd guess iTunes may still be the vehicle to use on a computer for the cloud. But, I don't know for sure.
This topic was on Leo Laporte's Tech Guy show this last weekend (KFI in your area). He recommended uninstalling iTunes & Quicktime & reinstall.
Seems a common problem.
