[iPad] Will I Need iTunes...

 

I am having fits trying to get iTunes and QuickTime working on my Windows 7x64 PC. iTunes won't play tunes and QuickTime gives me an error and won't run. Will I even need iTunes to be on my desktop once The Cloud is released?
