I use a low end router, and my FIOS/Verizon router and I connect a
MacBook Pro, 2 Win machines, an iPad, 2 Android phones, a few DS units
and my Wii.
All is well but some recent posts make me think the Apple WiFi routers
may supply faster WiFi to the MacBook Pro maybe they even use a
proprietary protocol to get more speed then the g, n, etc. standards
Are Apple Wireless routers able to give faster connections than just
standard WiFi Routers to our MacBook Pro?( Thus being worth paying
more than the $30-$90 that most standard WiFi routers cost)
(newbie on Mac networking here)
