I am soooooo frustrated! I tried three times to update my iPhone 3Gs to iOS 5 and get almost to the end of the backup when a message pops up saying there is a backup error (-37) and if I continue with the update I will lose all content on my iPhone! I have never ever had any problem with backups before the iTunes 10 update. I tried restarting my computer before trying the update the last time but still got the error. What the heck??
Has anyone else got this message? Does anyone know what I should do? I definitely do not want to lose everything and start from scratch when I don't need to. Please help!
