> I think my sister's 4 yr old Windows PC may have some issues when it comes to dealing with her iPad. Is it possible for her to link to my iMac with her iPad with her own account, in addition to my iPad, so that we can get some of the apps for her?

Pretty much one OR the other, not BOTH.
One computer, multiple iDevices: no problem.
One iDevice, more than one computer: problem.
If it has been sync'd with the PC, then when you first connect it to the iMac, it will tell you that "This iPad is sync'd to a different computer; syncing it to this computer will erase its contents."
Even if you have already logged out of your iTunes account, and she has logged in.
You can choose to *always* connect with your computer, even it it has been previously sync'd with her computer, but the transition will be something of a hassle, involving connecting, backing up, wiping, restoring, retuning. Furthermore, her Apps and music, etc., aren't ON *your* computer (yet).
