[iPad] Multiple iPads on one iTunes

 

I think my sister's 4 yr old Windows PC may have some issues when it comes to dealing with her iPad. Is it possible for her to link to my iMac with her iPad with her own account, in addition to my iPad, so that we can get some of the apps for her?
