Honestly, I would try the reset all settings first, maybe just for a couple hours to see if it helps that might be something just worthwhile just to try. If nothing else, of course go to erase all content and everything would be the next best thing to do probably you could do just settings first because why kill Miskito with a sledgehammer what all is needed is a flyswatter

I have an old iPad 2 that is having a nervous breakdown and I want to wipe its brain to see if that helps. Is the built in "reset all settings" good enough or should I use something else?
