Preface
I'm going to Peru for a few months. I'm wondering if my photo backup strategy needs an extra layer.
Situation
My job center shut down. My company offered the legal transfer opportunities but wouldn't didn't or hasn't yet complied. Meh. I want to goto the Amazon and explore before going back to work. My photo and video archive of the experience is crucial. Last time I went traveling I only had Dropbox and it was sometimes anxious. As my photos are important to me. So you know. My iPhone captures. I get anxious without backup. Multiples. And. So. That said.
Solution.
I have iPhoto cloud 50gb.
I have Dropbox 1tb
I have reduced resolution archive services shoebox and everalbum.
I'm thinking an external wifi HD is overkill. $50 and weight. But I kinda like the ritual.
Thoughts? I mean. Is teh cloudz good enough??
