No not consistent. When I first saw it, I did not think to note in who's post it appeared in. At one time, Apple Mail on a Mac could display the full header of a message (the address URL detail on all servers a message passed through that some spam control apps would use to flag/block spam), so I thought the stuff was equivalent to a 'header.'
