Some how dismissed that music on the sign in screen. How do I get it back?

Apple Music is very intrusive. It wants to play whenever I plug my iPhone into my car's USB port, and whenever the streaming app I want to listen to pauses for a moment, Apple Music horns in and replaces it.You've started playing music somehow. Sign in to your iPad and tell Siri to "Quit Music".
TedSent from my iPad AirI have an iPad2, circa December 2011, 32GB, wifi & 3G, with current OS 9.0.2 installed.
Since the last OS update a strange thing has been happening and I'm stumped. When I go to the sign-in screen, instead of my "wallpaper" there is a bar with an arrow that will play music if I click on the arrow. I have no idea where this is coming from. I've searched my apps and can't find anything that might be causing this.
The music that wants to play is NOT from my iTunes library.
Has anyone experienced this?
