Backup the first to your computer. (and the second if that content needs to go elsewhere)
Restore the second from the backup of your iPad
Apart from the email PW and Wifi PW which wuill need to be re entered, the second iPad will mirror your current one

I am thinking of taking over the second iPad in our household. How hard is it to move my first iPad's backup to the second iPad? How would I go about it? They are both iPad 3s with the latest OS, the first one is wifi only, the second one is not.
