Yes...I've been contemplating the possibility of purchasing a new later model iPad. Hate to spend the money, but I get so tired of things getting wonkier and wonkier as newer models and newer operating systems come along. It's such a waste of material and money in my opinion, but that's just the way of the world these days.
Thanks to you and to Pat Taylor for the replies. I put the two Apps I didn't want into a "junk" folder and am still waiting to see if the Messenger App will ever finishing installing.
