Mm.  Lots of little specialized computers.  Why would you want your furnace, your lighting, your oven, your water heater, your washer and dryer, your entertainment system and your security system all run by a single central computer?

Apple make little personal computers.  Why does anyone think they can do anything other than that?  Why should they try?  Little personal computers have been a gold mine for them.
