There are 1809 members of this group. So even if we assume that every
member is using iOS7, 1% is 18. And so if we use the fraction of a
percent which has been bandied about in this group, .5%, that would mean
that only 9 members have had problems with iMessage. And Apple hasn't
released an official "fraction of a percent" so we can't know if they're
claiming .9 or .1 of 1% of users are affected.

But since we know that fewer than the full 1809 members are using iOS7,
we also know that 9 is too high a number for members of this group who
would be having problems with iMessage if that .5% number is taken as
close to Apple's claim.
