Come on boys, let's not quibble over a little data.
Here's my take: if you use Apple products you must like them at least a little and/or trust them at least a little.
Just because a bunch of people talk about having a problem with an app which makes it seems like there's a lot of people having trouble, doesn't mean there's more people not having trouble. On the other hand, it doesn't mean there's more having trouble than not.
Apple is secretive. We all know that. If they give the media a percentage of how many people are having a problem with one of their apps, do we believe it or not? At some point we must ask ourselves, why use Apple products if we don't trust them?
