No one has numbers except apple
If it was as low as they say hardly anyone will have the issue and those with iOS 7 that we know are unlikely to have it.
The odds are say a fraction of a percent, let's say 1/4 of one percent that means one in 400 has it. If I knew 400 it may be 1 or none or 5. It's most as is typically stated by some here, and me and other forums. That cannot happen unless it was geographical
